- bug fix to adjust how bed spawning work for non US clients to make them work the same.

- attempt to fix bed respawn with items for modded beds, etc

- added auto recovery of items when you hit the invisable game ceiling to hard and you get destroyed with all your items.
- added auto recovery of items after using a bed. calling this the poor mans teleport. no more needing to kill yourself to port, simply use a bed. Howerver this simplcity comes at a small cost. Your equipted items are not auto-requipted from using the bed.
