Added 6 new support companies:
-3 Special forces suppor units(Demolitionists, Fireteam and Anti-tank).
-3 Power Armor suppor units(Demolitionists, Fireteam and Anti-tank).
-Decisions for their activation.
-Changed vanilla owb unit support Power armor: now they use infantry weapon
-doctrines for special forces includes new units
