Fixed an error with the Protectorate Banker, where Voxels could sometimes be sold/exchanged for ridiculously low prices, allowing for disgustingly high arbitrage profit when you expand them using the Pixel Compressor device.

I've changed the prices a bit, so now the Banker doesn't just sell Voxels at the correct value (between around 20-30% pixel premium) but also a few other things. Plus the Banker is a crappy place to sell your stuff, not different from real life. So he/she/it exists only to platy with your Pixels but NOT your goods - which is what IRL bankers do. But hey the banker still pays you rent.....

Unfortunately, it means a lot of people's saves are gonna be yiffed since these new changes have been discovered to NOT follow through in full. In fact, they may discover that their pre-existing bankers do pro bono work.

If you are reading this, you will have to evict your banker and get a new one, otherwise there's the Tenantator mod ......
