Version 1.4

No actual changes, just updated to notify compatibility with 1.5.1.
Also, 1.5.1 seems to have fixed the problem of Historical German Portraits overwriting the relevant portraits, so I've removed the notice to disable that if you're having problems.

Added all new portraits for Waking the Tiger and 1.5.0 'Cornflakes'.
Removed non-portrait images because they looked like shit lol.
