Reworked Origins Civics from ground up.

New Features
  • MegaCorp authority has access to Post-Apocalyptic, Life Seeded, and Syncretic Evolution (Syncretic Employees), Mechanist (Robotics Manufacturer). Mechanist for MegaCorp replaces trade building with Robotics Factory.
  • Hive Mind authority has access to Post-Apocalyptic and Life Seeded.
  • MegaCorp authority has access to Nuclear Vault, Nuclear Mutation, Climate Shift, and Codominant Evolution (Codominant Employee)
  • Added AI scripted for Climate Restoration event.

Reworked Features
  • Reworked planet civic generation for OC, integrating features of Planetary Diversity into the mod for future compatch
  • Reworked planet civic generation for OC, creating a system to use country flags to enable different civics. More info to come.
  • Reworked scripted triggers and scripted effects. Everything is new.
  • Nuclear Vault civic now gives a -10% Housing Need bonus. Nuclear Vault building is changed into a deposit, which gives 2 research pops, +15% research bonus to the planet (+25% society research bonus for gestalt conscious), and +3 amenities. Start research building is replaced by a hydroponics farm and begins with hydroponics technology.
  • Climate Shift civic now gives a -10% Amenities Need bonus. Tier2 planet climate is determined on Planetary Diversity wet-dry hot-cold climate scale.

CHANGES

  • Fixed code for Colonies of Earth addon for multi-planet systems as pointed out by Icefrenzy. Now will search for a planet that has the planet_earth flag first. If that does not exist, it searchs for a habitable planet in the Sol System that is not an asteroid/star.
  • Fixed graphical issue with random spawned Earth.
