GDU armor and AT changes AT is changed in a major way, and is very useful - and important - against armor. With the piercing changes done before, i might have to give tanks more org, not sure about that yet.
Piercing now only gives a 25% org and strength modifier, but they still deal 50% more damage.
Last stand and Force attack changes Last stand to 15% defense, and -30% org damage


Germany no longer has to own norway to do Fall gelb, to prepare for the allied invasion of norway. Factory output debuff of china/japan now works on resistance system, 20 state 10%, 25 states 20%.

Industry changes for Yugo and Czech Yugo and Czechoslovakia now have less industry in the territories that used to belong to Croatia and Slovakia, -2 civs in Czech, -2 civs in Yugo


Portugal will now focus more on spain instead of its colonies

Gibraltar strait changes Gibraltar strait now includes Malta. That means in case of a spanish player, you'll need to take Malta as well before its considered enemy, and in case of spanish neutrality this means the axis can at least contest gibraltar without taking gibraltar main.

Removed air buffs because of the new research slots. USA has a full slot from the start, Soviet has an extra from Vyacheslav Molotov, UK from Tizard, and Germany from Lessons of Fall Gelb.
