Civil war spain adjusted just a bit to still be able to distinguish bad spain from good spain: bit easier though. Spain ships now start in one location same for planes.

Commie scum china should no longer make it's own faction
Localisation for draft dodging et cetera fixed
War support and stability required to gain strikes lowered to 30% stability/strikes from 50%
Unsupported economy laws lowered and made clear for economy laws
Naval focuses for South Africa, France, UK, USA, Canada, Bulgaria, Italy, Romania, British Raj, Australia, Japan, Finland, New Zealand, Siam and Spain halved in cost

Division training no longer crashes
Lot of divisions fixed/disabled, most notable:
- Promises of peace now much better, as is improve worker conditions
- China and warlords should no longer do dumb stuff like border conflicts with you
- Building slot decisions are now better and give 2 slots

Cool frontlines/offensive lines removed for now because it had weird side-effects
Micro'ing front no longer costs more plan preparation than letting the plan do it
