fixed the ghost thread associated with the follower dialogue. (Yay!)

The full quest-endings have been built into this version of the mod. Some of the best dialogue occurs when you go to break-up with Brynjolf. Note Bene: you can only break up with teh man once now, and hope to get back together. If you break up again, it's permanent! But he'll sass you well.
