Updated to 2.0!

* Added Marauder counts
* Upped Max Wormholes/Gateways/Hyperlanes
* 99 Max, or Max based on star count if under 99, Player/AI Empires
* 20 Max Marauders/Fallen Empires until I work out a better scale for 2.0's change.

Removed over-writing localisation files.
Removed Radius display.
