+Changed ALL sponsorships drastically.

The Bad News:
++All Sponsorships now have their original 8 maintenance cost restored.
~This is to incentivise you to play tall and make the most out of each individual sponsorship rather than use it to create a large sprawling empire with overpowered stats for free. You still can play wide, but you'll need more money to finance sponsorships now.
++ Both Thunder and Wind sponsorships no longer provide Great People points. (Great Scientist and Great Writer respectively)
~This was done as a means of bringing Khadein 'back to earth' in a sense. I felt as giving them extra Great People points afforded them power that no other civ quite had at such an early stage in the game, and in the case of the writer, it gave Khadein an edge in the early culture game over pretty much any civ.
++ Fire Sponsorship now only gives a Production towards building modifier.
~Fire Sponsorship was available from the very start of the game, was very cheap to produce and made Khadein able to wonderspam with the efficiency of Egypt and build units and buildings at unmatched speed. I felt this was even more powerful than Post-Nerf Rudolf and its ultimately not a good look for balance, however Fire Sponsorship can still help budding cities out immensely.

The Good News:
++Yield modifiers for Thunder and Fire Sponsorships have been increased. (+20% ---> +25% Science and Building Production)
~This is a form of redress for the heavy nerfs. I feel as if Khadein should have uniquely powerful cities that come at a heavy price and I felt they could benefit from a slight buff in the face of the nerfs, these changes are also meant to further reward those who build larger cities.
++Flat increases to Production, Science and Culture have been given to Fire, Thunder and Wind Sponsorships repectively (+2 for each)
~These changes are to give instant gratification to those who invest in Sponsorships in the early game or for developing cities, where % modifiers may not be as useful.

+Gharnef was slightly tweaked, his sponsorships now give +1 Science and +1 Production for every four citizens as oppsed to +1 Production for every 2 citizens.
~While this is technically a nerf as Production is more valuable than Science point for point, the purpose of this is to retain the feel of Khadein being a Scientific civ as well as to synergize with Gharnef's UB.

+Added Mod Support for Kiang's Fire Emblem Religions and Shadow Dragon OST
+Fixed various text entries to be more consistent with other mods and civs (for example capitalizing the word Production).
~Nerfed Sponsor Wind Mages to give +25% Great People Spawn Rate instead of +50%.

+Reduced maintainence cost of sponsorships from 8 to 4.
+(Apparently) fixed any potential bugs for the music not playing.
