Rewrote how the auto hints console commands work, fixing issues where the wrong hint could be added.

Add descriptions shown when you call a console help command
Made all console settings save over sessions (as long as you don't run a server and decide to start banning people :P)
Fix that sets 1 and 3 were swapped in C2

Made few small adjustments to globals.Randomizer.AutoHints console commands:
Calling add or remove without arguments will list them
When first adding new arrangers the defaults are included
You can add multiple arrangers at once

Added a console command to let you customize what hints are selected when you load into the options world - see globals.Randomizer.AutoHints.help()
Made hints for F1, F2, and F3 be selected by default

Fix that intended mode wouldn't generate.
Add a timeout message to hud in A1 if generation doesn't finish within a second, which usually means the script broke.

SAVES FROM PREVIOUS VERSIONS ARE INCOMPATIBLE WITH THIS ONE

Completely remade the map on version 243520, the oldest properly supporting the editor, so the map should be playable on any pre-se2017 version
This also means it's now based off of the 243 maps, with old AEP and OtF as well as different paint sets and the hole in the C3 bridge
Completely rewrote large portions of most scripts
Made a completely new options world that looks more professional, and set it up for easier expansion
Renamed all in-world markers to have clearer names for when using debug mode

Added an interlude world for Möbius mode rather than hiding arrangers and extra sigils throughout the existing worlds
Made checksum show on hud when you start in A1
Removed Dev Island Sign
Added Uno Mode, where you can only collect a sigil of the same colour or shape as the previous one
Changed Random Extra Sigils to have a uniform chance give you each sigil
Changed Jetpack to toggle on/off each time you collect a sigil rather than being always on
Changed Scavenger Hunt buttons to be incompatible with Fully Random and No Randomization again

Changed the following sigil requirements for the Default mode:
Sphinx C -> C|H
Pyramid F -> H|F

Changed the following sigil requirements for 60FPS:
Sphinx CH|CF -> CH|CF|HR
Pyramid F -> H|F
Oubliette CH|CR|CP -> CH|CR|CP|HRP
Oubliette Star CH|RP -> CH|CRP|HRP

Changed the following sigil requirements for 60FPS Hardmode:
Oubliette C|H|R|P -> Itemless
Oubliette Star H -> Itemless

Fixed that entering A or B messenger would error and force you out of the map.

Removed random items, as it caused lag and crashes even with the option disabled
Removed arrangers randomly hiding in mobius mode, until people learn their locations more
Fixed that intended + short scavenger would never generate
Slightly lowered amount of worlds precached in mobius mode
Prevented random arrangers from selecting yellows when unlock all items is enabled
Updated help dialog

Changed weight of paint in balanced.
Added extra flag to checksum.
Messed with hiding items to hopefully reduce lag.
