fixed up some misspellings in the mod description and changed some Localization file stuff to better read for how the generals will fit into some future content. I've gotten rid of the word ADVENT in their names as we all know they are ADVENT. And the newer more metal red looks are set to the Royal feel as more will be added onto this later.

edited how the called in reinforcements work for the generals. Has some crashing due to how reinforcements work when adding enemy mods with Diverse Alien Pods Mod.

Quick update to the AI. Was set a bit too agressive and in turn not wanting to use cover as much as id like. Should use cover more now and not stand in the open as much.

A Second new look has been added for the Advent General. This look will start to show up mid to late game and brings with it Advent Laser Weapon Tech and some new Advent Honor Guard to protect him. They too also have Advent Laser Weapons and abilities like Rapid Fire, Demolition Shot and Laser Slash (Laser Sword) that will cause burning and Disorient effects.

ALL GENERALS can now buff Advent forces with stat increses that last 2 turns. Full list of all Advent I have added so far are in the mods ini file. If you want to add more, you can.

Quick update to make sure This General's look is showing up as intended. Also Tier 3 General now also has FanFire with the pistol.
