bugs:
- fixed Acannon unlocks

gameplay:
- founding new bases for half prize now
- edited player starting assets; more money, less staff, no workshop
- lowered some building capacities (living quarters, lab, workshop)
- scientists more expensive, soldiers cheaper

General overhaul of Turtle mod, main changes are:
- use of author´s own renders and game graphics
- dropship gameplay was changed
- Turtle vehicle has several upgrade tiers now
- Xenopedia regarding turtle items was written from the pov of an associated arms dealer

2.32 fixes the issue where the in-game mod launcher was unable to extract the zip correctly. (got rid of a subfolder that was causing it)

what changed in v2.31:

*added: New researchable EMP gun
- you need electroshock grenades researched to make it available for study
- The Turtle EMP is a mid/late game weapon, stuns biological targets and is very strong against enemy mech units such as Androns, Drones...
- I´m balancing this right now, might need a balancing hoftix for the EMP gun, if it proves to be overpowered.

*fixed: Xenopedia for Turtle not showing general vehicle stats
*minor fixes:
-some graphical stuff (shadows...)
-a few Xenopedia entries (chinnok, scimitar, shrike) adapted to reflect presence of Turtle in players´ arsenal
