Updated Galatia to now have Galatian Swords and Legionnaires.

I realize there's been a massive time lapse: my Rome 2 stopped wroking in patch 18, and it took me three months to fix it. *sigh*

1.2.1: Both Britannia and Iberia got Gallic Empire units, such as Gallic Infantry and Cohors.

Every Roman Sector has the "Sector Guards" which is essentially the Praetorian for governers. Ever so slightly weaker.
