Unique District: College of Magic
replaces Theater Square. Awards 1 envoy when completed.

Unique Unit: Elven Ranger replaces Crossbowman: 4 movement (+2), 3 range (+1), heals every turn, can move and see through woods and rainforests, 70 melee strength (+40), 80 ranged strength (+40), and the combat strength of adjacent units is reduced by 6.


Leader Abilities: Regal Resistance
No war weariness.
After recruiting or patronizing Great People, 20% of the Great Person point cost is refunded.
+2 Trade Route capacity and +2 envoys with Political Philosophy.
One extra Wildcard policy slot in any government.
Legacy bonuses are gained in half the time.


Civilisation Traits: Sylvan Homeland
Woods provide +4 faith, +3 food, +1 gold, +1 culture, +1 production, and +1 science.
Founded cities begin with extra territory.
Yields from Campuses, Commercial Hubs, Holy Sites, and Colleges of Magic are +1 in tiles with charming appeal, +3 in breathtaking.
Building an Encampment or Fort in friendly territory claims all surrounding tiles, even from foreign cities. Culture bombing, like this, converts foreign cities to your religion.
Luxury resources in your territory provide copies for an extra 2 cities.



**You will want to increase your usual difficulty level by two to enjoy this mod as the mod is designed for 'builders and 'sand box' play. Disable all victory modes bar Domination**

Has 'Randomised Mediterranean Map' True Start Regions.

'Wonder Tweaks' is a recomendation, not mandatory. But the game plays better with it.
