UPDATE FOR PATCH 1.11 and The Silence & The Fury DLC

No new degrading summons were found in the DB.
Balance tweak: There's been increasing discussion about the Packmaster summon restriction. I've read all the feedback and will acquiesce wishes to remove the restriction!

BALANCE TWEAKS
All degradable summons windup are set to 4 seconds for uniformity. Only exception is Ushabti summon
Tide of pox, Tide of death, Beast pack -- now all have wind up
Removed my nerf to unclean energy bar
Tweaked Dreaded Thirteenth to be 20, 21 in terms of cost

• Higher wind ups on Menace and Realm of Souls

Balance Tweaks

• Beast Pack (Throt Rat Ogre Summon)
•• Unclean energy bar -1 summon

• Tide of Pox/Tide of Death (Packmaster Wolfrat Summons)
•• The Packmaster summon skills is now an either/or pick (you can't get both)

• Roused To Wrath (Drycha Dryad Summon)
•• Cooldown increased by 30 seconds
•• The Nature's Vengeance skill is given for free

• Lesser Raise Dead (Ghorst Faction Summon for Corpse Carts)
•• Nothing changed

UPDATE FOR PATCH 1.9 and The Grim & The Paunch DLC

There was some restructuring and mergers needed to convert to CA's tweaked ability datatables but it went smoothly.

The new summons that degrade is a new Transformation of Kadan for the High Elves and a Rogue Idol for Grom's campaign. I've disabled HP degradation on the eagle but I've allowed a slower and weaker variant of degradation on the Rogue Idol (with unbreakable). From testing it was very clear that CA wanted it to be a "get an insanely strong magical construct and have it kill as much as possible in 3 minutes" ability.
