- TEB factions should be more agreeable to trade.

- Removed Inquisitors from their lord pool in campaign.
- Their uniform is now orange/light grey rather than grey/light grey.
- Added custom ROR uniforms to most minor TEBs too.
- Asarnil has a new passive ability.

- NWC can recruit jade wizards.
- All wizards should correctly get their mounts.
- Marshal Plan (MerchPrince) now affects all construction costs rather than only main building.
