Fix Mind's Eye being learnable. Still have no idea why the vision buff isn't there.

Fixes for Diarmuid's Mind's Eye and KoH Nine Lives screwing with Fairy

Fixes for Hrunting, Phalanx not pulling people, KoH breaking when Fairies is taken. Removed suppressor from MP5 so it takes more mana to use continuously now.

Updataz. Fixing shit I caused. Hrunting is back on the menu. Hope I didn't screw more things up along the way BlessRNG.

Fixes for some stuffs that broke because I renamed some skills. Some ninja buffs. Will be ammended in the previous patchlog instead because I'm too lazy to write another note.
