Changed the flanking parameters a bit, so there is more front line fighting, the AI also seems to hold formation better.

v1.12 _ I have revised the Morale one last time. Too much weight was given to whole army losses, and is why units and armies would flee too early. I have dramatically lowered this as I do not like mass routing in the game because it should only happen at the very end of a good battle. However, levie grade units are really susceptible to this. The most weight is put into a units losses.

I have also revised and upgraded most of the siege equipment hit points and flammability. There were quite a few discrepancies in that table and I should have done it sooner. I also upped the basic ladders hit points so they should be able to get to the walls in most situations.

Made sea artillery the same accuracy at land artillery, they are 2x more accurate with vanilla settings. I was actually going to make the less accurate, due to sea movement, but in testing they were pretty inaccurate that way. So they will miss more when sinking ships plus some other good changes ;)

Extended the range of Javelins by 20 and adjusted optimum ranges out further to increase deadliness and accuracy. Also changed optimum range of Slings, because they were not accurate enough. Readjusted the difficulties and some other things in the Morale. It should be working really well now.

V1.11 - Did not like the alignment of morale, hard seemed like normal level, so I lowered wavering and breaking point and also changed the difficulty level bonuses.
