Fixed a bug in a research facility incident that applies damage but the building isn't repairable.
Enabled support for the fork for Preemptive strike.
Added extra options on the camo setting to set the camo for all buildings, new buildings automatically have that camo.
Added radiation strength mod setting.
Added pulse size mod setting for weapons.
Added trader cooldown mod setting.
A few optimizations and text fixes.

mechs should now take damage from energy weapons again in 1.1.
fixed some crashes on core meltdowns and nuclear strikes related to 1.1.
marauders switched from overhead to normal projectiles again so you can build them indoors, be careful of putting cover in front of them.
