- Removing the military tutelage national spirit now requires you to purge your military (add a debuff idea for x days depending on its size) after regime change.
- If you trigger the purges, all initial generals (2000 start and 2000 Supreme Military Council) will resign, unwilling to serve you. This will remove the military tutelage modifier.

* New Events:
- The Return of Erbakan (if TUR is islamist),
- Reconciliation with Greece (if TUR and GRE are communist).

* Internal Affairs
- The stability manager has been renamed in anticipation of more features to come.
- The mechanic used to display your current stability has been replaced by a scripted effect, instead of triggered descriptions for easier modding.

- Having an Internal Intelligence Officer delays the prononciamento/coup event.
- Ruling party popularity or subversive ideology popularity beyons 35% will delay the prononciamento/coup event.

*Kurdish Separatism
- Having Internal Intelligence Officer and Prince of Terror advisors will lower the chance of PKK attacks by 10% each.

Fixes:
- Faulty values in stability checker.
- Localization fixes.

Additions:
* National Spirits:
- EU Accession Candidate: +5% PP gain, -5% CG consumption, +5% building construction speed. Meant to represent the higher investment rate and access to EU aid programs these countries get. Spirit added on startup to all countries having applied for candidacy before January 1, 2000 (TUR, all countries accepted in 2004 and ROM). The spirit is cancelled if you join the EU or no longer have a democratic regime.

Fixes:
* Military Tutelage:
- The first generic ideology-specific focus can now trigger warning and prononciamento events. Make sure your stability's high before attempting regime change!
- Switching regimes right after a military coup no longer causes a reactionary coup right afterwards. As soon as the junta is overthrown, reactionary popularity will be reduced to 0.
- You only get coup'd once if you free Kurdistan now, instead of all the time.

* Kurdish Separatism:
- Reduced the effect of Kurdish Political Movement popularity on reducing PKK attack likelihood and fixed a syntax error,
- New modifiers:
-- Government: non-democratic, right-wing regimes are 10% more likely to get PKK attacks, communist and dem-soc 10% less.
- Fixed the Left NATO event triggering if the US chooses the Monroe Alliance path.

* Other:
- Tourism season now depends on monthly triggers (june and september for the north, december and february for the south).
- Additional requirement for joining the EU added for Turkey: getting rid of the Military Tutelage National Spirit.
- Calling a snap election no longer requires 30% popularity for any ideology.
- Mimimum PP required to see most options during PKK or tutelage events has been reduced to 0.

Fixes:
* Military Tutelage:
- The military ultimatum (resign or coup) now has a mean time to happen of 100 days.
- Starting with 35%, the higher the offending ideology is, the more likely the event will trigger. Higher stability reduces the probability of the event triggering.
- in case of low stability, the ultimatum will trigger at 11 stability points, not 15.
- The stability increase from the coup event is now 10 (was 5).
- Resigning increases stability (used to reduce it).

*Kurdish Separatism:
- Puppeting or conquering certain countries will reduce the likelihood of all PKK attacks by 10% each. These countries are either neighbours (IRQ, SYR, PER), rivals (CYP, GRE, ARM), or majors (USA, ENG, SOV, FRA, GER).

*Advisors:
- Royal Aristocrat is now an actual member of the Ottoman family and not some loon with a fez
