Fixes:
- Fixed Snap Election not triggering if you choose the option when Ecevit gets a stroke,
- Removed the 2nd Option for the DSP Conspiracy event as it led to nowhere.
- Removed the -100 political power malus from the historical early election call event. The player will have enough trouble as it is.

A MILLENNIUM DAWN SUBMOD: TURKISH MARCH
v0.7.0.0 - NEW SAVEGAME REQUIRED

Additions:
- Custom Chiefs of the Army, Air Force and Navy added. Generic advisors are still available as the custom ones require the Military Tutelage idea to be recruited.

Gameplay Changes:
* Elections and Politics Overhaul
- New Idea category: Elections
- New Idea: Ban or Allow Elections.
- Election events have been completely changed:
** The leading party now wins, whether they have 10% or 90%.
** If they win with below 30% popularity, a coalition government debuff idea is added to your government. It can be removed through a coup or a new election won by a party with more than 30% popularity.
** If a non-democratic (communist, fascist, islamist, monarchist, nationalist) party wins with less than 50% popularity, your stability decreases by 1.
** Early elections will change the date of the next election as well.
** If the system cannot detect any winners (happens when results are within the same percentage), a recount option will make the election respawn 7 days later. The winner will hopefully have been determined through influence changes.
- Generic Focus Tree modified. The Tier 2 of any ideology now requires you to have that ideology in government, making coups or election the only way to rise to power. This makes elections and snap elections more relevant for democratic regimes. Depending on feedback, this feature is temporary.
* Kurdish Separatism
- PKK events have been overhauled. Their occurence now depends on a PKK strength gauge filling up faster or slower depending on national and state-based factors (see FAQ). This has the current effect of making PKK events much rarer if cautious policies are led and adequate measures are taken early enough.

* Diplomacy
- New National Spirits added for the following international organizations: SAARC, ASEAN, PIF, OAS.
- Opinion modifiers added for members of the following international organizations: African Union, Arab League, ASEAN, BSEC (opinion and trade), Council of Europe, Commonwealth, D8 (opinion and trade), ECO (opinion and trade), OAS, OECD, OSCE, PIF, SAARC
- New opinion-modifier: Non-recognition (opinion -100, trade opinion -200)
** Added non-recognition modifier to all countries not recognizing Abkhazia, PRC, Northern Cyprus, South Ossetia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Somaliland. The biggest consequence of this is that these nations will be unable to trade with countries not recognizing them.

* Other changes
- New Idea: Radio Liberty Broadcasts (+.2 conservative, +.2 market liberal, also in Iran, former Soviet countries, Afghanistan)
- New leader & party names, election results and other fixes for: Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan (not Turkic, I know) Kyrgyzstan, Northern Cyprus.
- OOB changes for the aforementioned countries: Tier 2 Soviet rifle equipment for all divisions, OOB overhaul for Turkmenistan.
- All historical events for Turkey (2000-2003) have been resequenced with different ids for easier identification and/or displacement.

* Bug fixes:
- The "Make Erdogan PM" event chain in 2002-2003 properly works now, with Abdullah Gül correctly being elected Prime Minister first.
- Countless other fixes I've lost count of. Given the new additions, there might be more now.
