Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.17.1:

Katzen Changes:
• The Kaiser now has space submarines.
• They fire powerful long-range torpedoes.
• Can "submerge" into subspace, bypassing defences and re-emerging whenever they find a vulnerable planet.
• When they bombard a planet, the planet gets debuff to job production as they blockade it through subspace.
• Extremely fragile, easily dies to like 2 corvettes.
• You can eventually unlock a special project to create a starbase building that prevents them from submerging within your space.
• When "killed", has a 60% chance of surviving and reappearing at Flusion.
• Maginot Worlds, their subspace disruption field, and the starbase building prevent them from submerging or escaping death.
• No, you can't buy 'em.
• The Katzens spawn with 4 and get about 20 more 5 years later. They only become able to produce them at warforges after 5 years.
• The Kaiser Moon's wreck is no longer comically large.

Blokkat Changes:
• The Scourge now runs away from the Blokkats.
• They'll scream about them being the Hunters too.
• It's pretty cool.
• Rewrote the Paluush digsite properly, now it doesn't cut off AND displays properly!
• Added a new chapter to the digsite featuring silly Paluush soap opera stuff and "Big Bumble Top".
• Blokkmo is now always Psionic, Scientist & Displeased when captured.
• Can no longer build multiple Intertemporal Restorators in one system.
• Derega's Blokkatgirl portrait can now be selected as a Blokkat appearance alongside Vintage and Regular.

Maginot World Changes:
• Removed counter in defence platform names (did not work in the first place)
• Properly merged the gamerule overwrite from Maginot Worlds. (It didn't need to be in a separate file anymore)
• Added textures from machine shipset that were missing.
• Added refund event for asteroid artillery platforms getting blown up. (oops)
• Changed scoping on check effect to hopefully work consistently.
• Added buffing techs to the maginot world.

Tradition Changes:
• Added a new tree, Bulwark.
• Focuses on buffing defensive megastructures like the Asteroid Artillery/ASS, the Planetary Defence Nexus & the Maginot World.
• Good for your space France LARP as there's a tradition to prevent the enemy from bypassing your space Maginot line.

Aeternum Changes:
• Fixed Aeternum's Orbital Arcologies only partially existing.
• Colossi now get teleported out of Aiondia so the AI will stop sniping it and breaking it.
• Aeternite Planetcrafts wrecks are no longer comically large.
• Aeternite Psykofabricators now self-destruct when Aeternum dies so scuffed gamer can't abuse them.
• Fixed inconsistent values for Aeternite Intel Gathering and Aeternite Pre-Emptive Strike.

Miscellaneous Changes:
• Fixed the forgotten has_swapped_tradition triggers.
• Fixed deposit spelling (Paradox changed is_for_colonizeable to is_for_colonizable without the e)
• Fixed crash caused by Katlinin trying to love himself.
• Can no longer target virtual worlds with NDB.
• Fusion Suppressor can no longer freeze broken worlds.

• Blokkats should be able to handle Primordial Pillars better now.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.17 Hotfix 9:

• BIG Vat tech is no longer granted directly by Evolutionary Mastery perk, instead becomes a possible tech draw after said perk is acquired. This removes an overwrite and thus should work better.
