Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.18: "Blokkats at War"

QoL Changes:
• Completely revamped the Megastructure build list.
• Megastructures now state what they do much more clearly and are sorted by size (Kilo/Mega/Giga/Tera) and alphabetical order.
• This should make it much clearer which mega does what.

• Added "Sliders" to configure Megastructure Output, Upkeep and Cost.
• Separate sliders for the AI & the Player.
• AI have, by default, a 50% reduction to their mega cost.
• They affect all megas regardless of their mod.
• Won't fix all balancing issues but will at least make it a bit more configurable.

• Added a menu option to make the Galactic Core either a Quasar of Black Hole, but always empty.
• Added a warning to not use modded Colossi on Aiondia. Please stop doing that.

Unique System Changes:
• Added planet Faust orbiting a Brown Dwarf.
• Contains funky primitives with crystals.
• If the Brown Dwarf is ignited they die but you lose the (very valuable) planet.
• Has a few events relative to their tech progress and eventual acquisition of FTL.
• 3 different potential outcomes for when they do get FTL.
• Keep them away from Shrimp boats.

• Individual systems can now be disabled at game start.
• These systems are Jublio, Jupitwo, Faust, Gatzo (Setting to keep Gatzo but no Paluushia), Tyaur, the Square and Kerbol.

Blokkat Changes:
• The Blokkats now sport a revamped Vintage Blokkats appearance as their default appearance, made by @TTFTCUTS, christmas blokkat.
• The regular and old vintage appearance can still be toggled.
• Added a new Room for the Blokkats.
• Blokkmo and Blokkazoi now have leader flags and are unique. They also have unique portraits!
• Blokkmo looks scary and Blokkazoi shakes violently.
• Captive Scientist Blokkats have a 10% chance of being Blokkmo.
• Blokkat Inquietude from eaten systems now grows twice as fast.
• Grandbunny now gives the player control of Gatzo during the Paluushia event chain so they can do the digsite properly.
• Blokk-Dismantlers are now completely invincible when a system is being harvested.
• Can no longer Illuminate the shrouded Paluushia from the Blokkat crisis.
• Destroying a Dismantler now only reduces Inquietude by 3 instead of 5.
• Flipsy in the Paluush digsite has been renamed to Trevor. Hopefully y'all get the reference.
• Systems recreated by the Intertemporal Restorator no longer have habitable planet.
Miscellaneous Changes:
• Added Q's Patreon Preset.
• Reanimators can now revive Meopa from the Katzenland digsite. A great idea!
• "Flusionian" flag category renamed to "Miscellaneous".
• Hyperweapons can no longer target systems with ACOT Herculeans and SBTG Stellarborne Arkships in them.
• Reversed the Suppressor and the NDB's neutron star dynamic. The Suppressor now makes Neutron Stars large enough for Nidavellirs but the Nicoll-Dyson Beam does not.

Balance Changes:
• Completely rebalanced the Alderson Disk. Now requires 10 times less pop for full efficiency so you won't lag your game to death.
• Alderson Origin works like Ringworld Origin now, you start with regular district and must repair the Alderson section.
• Kitsma and Physma World districts now grant +100 Biotrophy jobs to Rogue Servitors so you can now shelter the entire galaxy.
• Nerfed Nidavellir Hyperforge bonuses and alloy production.
• Removed most of the Matrioskha Brain's modifiers, now only gives Research Speed (and scales with star type, +5% research speed on an M-Star and adds +5% per star type)
• HRAE-MC CG reduction nerfed from 15% to 5%
• Macroengineering Test Site now only grants +2.5% armor HP.
• Stellar Particle Accelerator now only grants +2.5% shield HP.
• Orbital Artificial Ecosystem now only grants +7.5% Terraforming Speed.
• Neutronium Gigaforge now only grants +7.5% armor HP.
• SIGNIFICANTLY increased the tech costs of most megastructures, endgame gigas/teras now cost over a million research.
• Asteroid Manufactory now has an Alloy upkeep (maintenance) and reduced EC upkeep.

Bugfixes:
• Can no longer build the Terraforming Megas around planets that already have megastructures (Megabore/Equatorial Shipyard)
• Can no longer stack infinite Terraforming Megas on one planet.
• Fixed modifiers that didn't actually work.
• Interstellar Ringworld exploration bays now actually give Scavenger jobs instead of foundry ones.
• Fixed Ezics not being usable if they lost their rebellion.
• Fixed incorrect usage of the word "Shun" in the Localization.
• Empires that don't use food will no longer ask for food from your Yggdrasil Orchid.
• Fixed Planetary Dockyard repeatable not working.
• Aeternum now declares war on empires that spawn after they awaken.
• Can no longer stack more megas on Aeternite stars that already have megas.
• Fixed Vanilla Dyson Sphere Initializer not working with Dyson Sphere scaling.
• Fixed Planetary Dockyard not being buildable on the PCC.
• Fixed Decrepit Tunnel Deposits not providing strategic resources on Gigastructures origin.
• Fixed Empty Space "planet class" not having an icon.
• Fixed some reportedly unplayable typos.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.17.1 Hotfix 6:

• Fixed several scoping issue with rogue Blokkat sighting events.
• Should no longer randomly get Asteroid Artillery modifiers on your empire. (It was the one that gave regen too, RIP Systemcrafts...)
• Fixed missing bracket in virtual world districts.
• Katlinin should no longer break the universe by trying to ally with people.
