> CoM compatibility & balance :
- As per CoM, Stress damage taken now has a minimum of 20%, Hollow can no longer be entirely immuned.
- Crit effect: +20% Blight Chance (2 rds)
- CRT from 4/4.5/5/5.5/6.5% to 4/5/6/7/8%
- Tumor : CRT from 0/0/0/0/0 to 5/6/7/8/9%, Tumor now also contributes to stress resist stacks
- Phagos : Stress heal from 8/9/10/11/12 to 6/7/8/9/10
- Fatum Nunc : Void Antibarrier duration from 16 to 8, removed obsolete virtue debuff, stress damage received from +80% to +50%
