Added a bit of a flavour update for slave republics:
-Created a new preset country, the Glukzoran Chainbreakers, complete with a backstory, custom name list and custom flag emblem.
-Slave rebels spawned during the game will now make use of the same name list for their fleet, ship and army names (not characters), so you will see 'The Liberation Armada' flying around. They will also use the custom flags (I made six variants).
-You can use the custom names and flags for your own empires, but they will not be spawned randomly.

Added a flavour localisation for Hives and Machines where the original was quite jarring. Also updated the German localisations.

Fixed my mod not realising machine units differed from robots in the code so counting them as having happiness gauges (so people did 'sow unrest' against machines).
