解説
BetterSuppressors by Mike [1.03 compatible]

This simple mod aims to improve the suppressors of DayZ.
Following changes are made to the base game:


Normalized, Standard & Pistol Suppressors:
- 25x times more durable
- 4x times quieter

Improvised Suppressor:
- 5x times more durable
- 2x times quieter


So basically, suppressors are more durable, so that they don't break after a magazine or two, and they are quieter to the Zombie AI, so that you can shoot a suppressed weapon without attracting zombies that are miles away. The Improvised Suppressor also was buffed a little, but only a little, as, well, it's made of a plastic bottle - what do you expect.

The ingame sounds weren't changed as i felt that they are good as they are.

afaik, this mod won't change anything from vanilla...
they've broken after a couple of mags of FX-45 and did the same noise

Can this mod be a server side only mod? (that people don't have to download it for it to work)

@Kurdain It's simply for making their server mod list more compact rather than almost having an epileptic seizure attack seeing 30+ mods.

I don't understand server repacks just to force people to re-download mods they already have?



Is this mod still working post 1.19 because on our server it seems suppressors are wearing out pretty fast post patch.

I see many update? questions below...was hoping for some updated info.
