Seamless animated wallpaper

Resolution: 3840 x 2160 and 1920 x 1080 (16:9)
might look strange on other ratios since it was made to fit on 16:9

60FPS on both resolutions
UPDATE:
Music now pauses when wallpaper engine tells it to.

UPDATE 2:
Allowed wallpaper to resize it self to fit the area available.

UPDATE 3:
fixed issue with CPU being used even when wallpaper is paused. CPU usage should stop now when wallpaper is paused.

UPDATE 4:
fixed issue where background took a while to load after being unpaused by wallpaper engine.
