I could make him the leader of an alternate version of Erusea which replaces Rosa and the Yellow Squadron unit, so that you play either as Rosa D'Elise with the normal Erusea or as Torres with his special blend of Erusea.
Yeah, that could be awesome. The guy is completely insane, but he kinda reminded me of the storyline of Gundam 00 and their agenda to make the fighting countries stop their war by destroying both of their armies.
But I kinda don't see how a faction he leads could be fleshed out in civ outside Erusean military. I mean, the city names alone would be a pain. Unless u plan to make him a leader of something similar to Venice?
Preferably if Captain Torres can be made be a leader of his own civ/faction with his own unique abilities
No, it shouldn't
To be fair, while the civ name and leader are based off of the upcoming Ace Combat 7, the units and abilities were based off of Erusea's portrayal in Ace Combat 04 (which has obviously been out for a while).
If you find the DiploResponses to be unsatisfactory, you're more than welcome to make your own. Heck, maybe you could publish your own mods that do just that...
Though the Erusea mod, as one of the Bandai Namco civs, is great; the version is currently alpha, thus, no AI support at this time due to DiploResponses yet to complete...
