Mystery Inc. Palette Expansion (WIP)

Description
On a whim my first foray into modding has been unleashed in the form of Mystery Inc. inspired expansion palette. I hope you enjoy it!

I also plan on adding a skin for Fred, I will also be redoing Shaggy & Scooby to bring them closer to Daphne's quality. Apparently one learns a lot when inexperienced with Gimp.

Feel free to suggest features that you would like to see, no guarantees on whether I will actually be able to implement them though. I have a few ideas already, we'll find out how many of them will be realized.

Palette To Do List
- Fred Crusader Palette
- Redo Shaggy & Scooby
- Make Velma's Palette More Vibrant?

After The Palettes Are Finished
- Scooby Doo "Barks"
- Reskin of the Stage Coach
- Rename the Caretaker to Something Scooby Doo inspired
- Rename Dog Treats to Scooby Snacks
- Change the starting Heroes to The Mystery Inc. Gang

He picked Crusader instead of Highwayman because if you make a party from the same characters in this mod the party name changes to "Meddling Kids" which is a referance to scooby doo villains calling them meddling kids at the end of the episode.

Fred should be the highway man you could make the hair blode the scarf orange ect.
