Can you tell me holes number where it did happen to you guys? I guess I saw the problem on hole n°2 but I didn't know about other holes

The same. Many time inside hole but my ball was back and I had to try again :( But I like the idea of the map and after elimination of bugd it should be nice.

Many times it won't register when you actually get it in for a hole in one, and just places your ball back at the beginning.
