Sandstorm Enhanced

Description
Sandstorm Enhanced creates a truly challenging Sandstorm in the world. The default Sandstorm can be annoying, but rarely feels like a true threat. This version allows for the following while inside of the Sandstorm:
-Increased enemy spawns (where possible)
-Increased player damage taken

it would feel more realistic to make it to where it lasts longer and shorter. like one would last 5 min to several days

WARNING! This mod won't unlock quest journal Chapter 7 Act 1 (Survive a sandstorm outside of shelter). If you wish to complete the quest journal, turn this mod off.
