Broov Horn

This is the result of my first endeavor into modding. All this does is add a single mech horn, which I made craftable at the Mech Part Crafting Table under the bodies tab (Used to need one copper bar, but now requires itself to craft. This is primarily for Admin mode convenience by having the recipe at the table while keeping non-Admins that somehow have the recipe unlocked from mass-producing and selling the horn).

The horn should be part of the space loot table. I have not been able to verify if the appropriate code functions yet or not, but if it does then someone will surely notice. At the very least I made sure that the code didn't break anything space-related (or break anything, for that matter).

Credit to Broov for the voice clip used as well as the custom sprite (Hence the mod name). This mod was set to public visibility with Broov's approval.

Command note: The mech horn's ID is "mechhornbroovhorn" without the quotes.
