Changelog:

- Removed jail / unnecessary stuff
- Telehopping is blocked completely now.
- Removed water from the platforms
- Remaked / Lowered / Fixed triggers on critical places
- Added trigger_multiples for surftimers
- Forced angles on teleports / added filters to all triggers, that means if you start as CT you will spawn always to the right side of the starting platform, But if you start as T you will spawn to the left side of the starting platform always.
- Improved the texture alignement on glass and on some ramps.
- Changed env_embers to func_dustmotes on fans at start
