Blindrun
Must say, this was the easiest map yet. Still fun, but on the collection page I did remember you making a pledge that there would be no “ninja moves” involved. Granted, I may not have done this as intended, but the moves to get the laser across the gap's a little finicky, mostly the part where you have to avoid the faith plate bouncing you right back.

It’s interesting seeing people complain about broken glass just “letting them through” and in-universe how that doesn’t really make any sense. I think with the first one it’s reasonable to assume the test may have been designed that way initially, if only to test our willingness to do whatever it takes to proceed. (Not to mention there were sequences like this in the campaign.) I will say it’s odd that the cube can break the glass but not the player themselves. I get that the author’s intention is to get the player to try different things, but the physical justification... just isn't there :P

I initially thought the second broken window was lazy too but with the absence of fizzlers on the way in it’d be dead easy to get out and it’s more of a convenience thing anyway. It seems that the very first one that restricts access to that room as a whole “mysteriously” turns off when the glass breaks though, maybe it would’ve made more sense to just have the button that spawns the weighted cube connect to it normally.

Also, I dunno what’s up with the broken floor at the end. Strafing sideways while walking on it results in a very jittery motion, very akin to what happens to the player’s movement in the Far Lands of old versions of Minecraft. Seems like that’s unintended to me.

Im confused about the end part. I tried to jump up a bunch of times and couldn’t, and then suddenly I could. I don’t understand what happened lol. Fantastic map otherwise tho

actually guys, everyone is complaining about the fact we had to break the glass with the cube but really no one remember that in the actual Portal 2, that was possible? i think in the chapter "The Reunion", in one or more tests we had to do it, by covering a companion cube in blue gel and letting it jump near glasses, so that is real

Never realized you could break the glass with the cube at the beginning , so had to solve the first part with a bullshitty laser shot, but it was still FAR more manageable than the ending of the previous map, so... after me having to play THAT, you can't blame me for being slightly better at laser shots than before. :P

Second and third puzzles were very nice individually, but I'm not quite sure about the progression at the end of puzzle 2 -- stuff just breaks and that lets you through? In-universe, back when this test was fully functional, how would that even work?

Anyway, I actually had fun with this one, the laser field bit in puzzle 2 was pretty neat. Thumbs up, even if the beginning is cryptic enough that I had to cheese it to solve the map.
