Description
Adds the new leader Taizu of Song to the game as an alternate leader for China.

China led by Song Taizu

Ability: Imperial Examination
Districts adjacent to the Government Plaza provide +2 Great Scientist Points per turn, and the Government Plaza provides capacity for an additional District in its city. After the Education technology has been researched, City Centers receive a standard Science adjacency bonus from Districts.

Agenda: Innovations of Song
Focuses on maximizing Science output, and feels challenged by civilizations that are progressing faster than himself. Likes civilizations that are lacking in Science output.

Updated to work with Rise and Fall. Unique ability has been adjusted to focus more on the Government Plaza. Enjoy!
