Perfect Balance

Description
Rebalances the Perfect Set as a sidegrade to racial T6 armors, as opposed to a direct downgrade (as in Starbound 1.3) or upgrade (as before Starbound 1.3). The new stats are set at approximately 3/5ths of the difference between pre- and post-1.3, making the Perfect Set a jack-of-all-trades set, as opposed to the stat specialization of the racial sets.

The Perfect Armor was supposed to be OP
it was WAY to hard to get so they made it OP

Fun isn't something one considers when balancing armor...but this does put a smile on my face
