Description
Hi friends!

I was very busy for last 2 months and couldn't make some stuff for Cities: Skylines.
But now I finished 3 buildings of residential complex "Admiral". Original complex located in central part of Krasnodar near the river Kuban. These buildings oriented for rich citizens, there are many 2-floor flats and penthouses. Complex contain 5 buildings, 3 of them you can find in my workshop. Another buildings (the first; and two towers, built in 2017) are being created.

Universal ingame formula for this complex:
Residential - lvl 5, 30 homes, 60k cost. Per block.
Commercial - 3 lvl, 25 workplaces, 30k cost. Per block.
Office - 30 workplaces, 30k cost per block.



If you don't have RICO this building will be a monument in game without workplaces and other features. Also, you need to install Sub-Building Tabs for better perfomance and usability.

По этому адресу будет файл настроек РИКО, там будет опция для измеения количества квартир по данному ассету. Должно помочь, если не работает редактирование через внутриигровую панель.

Привет, классная работа!
Подскажи пожалуйста, как мне изменить в твоих домах, количество семей, хотел сделать в каждом модуле по 70 квартир (с помощью РИКО), он не изменяет, как была 1 семья так и осталась, очень надо помоги!

No matter how I place this building it still gives "No Connection" after a game reload. I've tried every possible road combination.

@Abraxa is noise really be after you put building? When you build asset, it is constructing as a unique building and immediately after the construction RICO starts to work and makes it residential, office or business. Unique buildings have the noise by default, but it should not remain after construction of the building. When I tested the building I saw that the noise was not maintained after construction.

I am using RICO yes. I think I put this comment at the wrong admiral asset, cause the one that's complaining shows all 3 types of subbuilding. I'll check in a bit which one it is.

@Abraxa do you install RICO mod?
as i remember, admiral2 contains residential and office modules. They should not generate noise if you are using RICO mod. With RICO mod its residential and office buildings. Without RICO mod this asset contain modules as unique buildings. Default unique building may generate noise.

Amazing building. Only issue I currently have is that the residentials complain about noise, on the overlay it shows the building generates noise itself, I assume that's from the commercial subbuilding, anyway to solve this?

@Artemis *Seven* ~13k tris per residential module, ~3k tris - office module. All buildings of this set have 1536x1536 texture.

Can you provide Mesh Info data like Tri count and texture size? Thanks.
