Adds Shajar al-Durr as an alternate leader for the Arabian civilization. Her rule marked the end of the Ayyubid Dynasty and the beginning of Mamluk rule in Egypt.

Leader Ability: Al Mansurah
Units in or adjacent to home territory that are within 2 tiles of a city receive +6 Combat Strength. Combat victories over units belonging to civilizations of other religions provide Gold equal to 75% of the Combat Strength of the defeated unit.

Leader Agenda: Sultan of Egypt
Likes civilizations that follow the same religion and have a smaller army. Dislikes civilizations that have founded a different religion and have a larger army.

Defensive, Economic, Religious

Notes:
Leader is not animated.
Has TSL support for Cairo, which may interfere with Cleopatra.
Due to a bug in Firaxis's code, Shajar al-Durr's combat bonus will not trigger when attacking from owned territory against a unit outside of owned territory; the same bug exists with the Cossack units in the base game.
