No Food and Squalor

Greetings,

I took the liberty with permission from Icdan, to update and release his No Food and Squalor mod, so that people once again can enjoy it's contents.

This mod disables the need for Food and Squalor management, as all buildings have been zeroed out in the requirements.

This affects all buildings, and therefore both AI and the Player.



I will take steps to keep this mod updated, to ensure full functionality.
