Acacia 1x1 Park Bench & Light by Thunderchief

I've created an even smaller version of my previous park, using the same 4 required props as my previous 2x1 dog park http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=920321814

This is to have the same look and feel and hopefully recycling the same props helps keep load times down.

This park is good for those times when a slight bend in the road creates a single tile on its own.

It has a working lamp so it can be illuminated at night.

The fallen leaves spill out on to the street !

Cims will come along and sit at the bench or gather under the tree and talk.

It has 40 entertainment value in a radius of 300, about the size of a large city block.
