Genetic Implant

This mod adds an item, which needs to be equipped as an costume. Once you equipped the costume, it is able to change the following:

- Increases speed of (ridable) flyers automatically by every LevelUp.
- Makes (ridable) flyers be able to walk backwards
- Changes rotation radius by INI-Option (without Option nothing is done here)
- Changes stamina-consumption by INI-Option (without Option nothing is done here)

How does it work
1. Equip the Genetic Implant or any Bone Costume, which also implements the Implant functions

=> The Implant needs some seconds before starting to do anything.
=> If the dino, which equipped the Implant, ISN'T a ridable flyer and there is no INI-Option set, then the implant does nothing.
=> If the dino, which equipped the Implant, IS a ridable flyer and there is no INI-Option set, then increasing of speed still works but uses default values.

What does ridable flyer mean
In this case it means all dinos based on the ridable flyer class inside the devkit. This class seems to be the one, which disbales the ability to level up speed on flyers.
