Rift Log Cabin (multiple adoption compatible)

Description
Requires Hearthfire DLC!!

Hello and welcome to Rift Log Cabin. A playerhome located (funny enough) in the Rift!

I made this home in order to be compatible with Multiple Adoptions mod. The house is functional to the point I'm comfortable uploading now, however I am aware there is more work and some slight tweaking yet to be done. Right now I would like to get some feedback from players on anything you may notice that needs adjusting etc.

What the home offers:

Well for a start this time around I opted not to use an existing building model but to start from scratch. This gives the cabin a unique look and feel. The world area I chose was for a few reasons; the cabin style, the prime location and the relatively safe surroundings. I'm pretty certain that this particular hillside is likely to have other house mods occupying the same space so there may be conflicts in that regard sorry.

Once you have discovered the cabin fast travel will be available. Your horse will appear in the stable when fast traveling (while Dis-mounted!). Still some work to do on exterior but is fully nav-meshed and several idle markers placed for children and follower npcs.

Access to the home can be either by main frontdoor or via basement/hatchery door by the stable.

The interior has everything you and your family need. The usual bookshelves, storage containers, some custom storage, plenty weapon and armor display options, crafting areas etc. Also added some planters and functioning Fish Hatchery. And of course there are also 6 children's beds provided. I have thus far only tested on a new character, adopting 4 kids and marrying. This is why I need some feedback from you guys as there may be some details I've neglected to include!

Anyhow please subscribe, rate and or favorite if you wish and leave a comment.

Thank you.

Just loaded this in. Had a quick run around. Very impressed. Pretty much has all you need plus more. Love the my potions, my ingredients etc. Plus the fact my horse actually can now be in the stable adds something special for me. Many thanks. Going to ditch a few I've loaded and make this my primary residence. Keep my castle but that will be for fun. This i Love. Highly recommend this mod.

I got it to work by loading multipal adoption mod and casting "Bless this home", I also thought about putting fencing around the property so can raise cattle and sheep and other livestock. Add a room in the basement with cool toys like in Dovahkiin's ToyBox mod. Need to be able to build other rooms like a library and training area for trraining the kids, add other hunting trophies. These are just a few ideas, you have created the perfect home and I want to say Thank you. :steamhappy:

The real estate agent said,"amazing view, plenty of room for a large family..." what she failed to mention was a skooma drug den run by vampires no less than literal spitting distance from the front door! lol!

@Wavier Joker Just to update/get back to issue you found regarding adopting more children. It seems after reading through comments on the multiple adoptions mod pages that several users experienced the same thing. Unfortunately all you can do in your case is to start from a new playthrough. I've added te link at end of description above if you want to have a read through yourself, thanks again for the feedback and trying out my mod :steamhappy:
