- No Engram
- Can only be created by an admin
- spawn: "Blueprint'/Game/Mods/CaptureTheFlag/PrimalItemStructure_CaptureFlag.PrimalItemStructure_CaptureFlag'" 1 1 0
- Flag gets no harm

- When the flag is plundered, it destroys and drop itself
- When the flag is destroyed (by the enemy), drop itself

- Flag Tribe option (check inventory, destroy and lock)
- Flag Enemy option (destroy and Plunder if not lock)
