my cleanversion is extremely bright and it hurts mt eyes when i look at it but the dirty one is right, is there a setting to turn down ther reflection?

its wierd, i first upload the world, i see the dirty version, but then when i leave the world and go back onto the world its not appearing with dirt, any ideas why this mysterious occurance is happening
