as in when you turn the siren and lights on, most of the time only the siren works, the lights don't illuminate anything

The sirens on many patrol cars, such as those of the French gendarmerie or the Spanish police, don't work for me. Can anyone help me with this?

everytime I park or exit the vehicle it turns sideways or sometimes the tires go down

im having an issue where the wheels dont stay turned when parked anymore. any help would be appreciated
