Black Briar Lodge (Player Owned Home)

Description
This will work with vanilla Skyrim and Dawnguard

Changed the name of the Black Briar Lodge to Mountain View lodge

Redecorated the Lodge to include:

Full Smithing
Alchemy
Enchanting
Wall mounted display cases
Extra beds for followers
Lighting
Navmesh for brtter routes
Bard Singer
A Couple hireling Followers from around Skyrim
Saphire and Haelga will visit on weekends
Essential Horse
Safe
Idol Markers, npcs can also sit on beds
And i left the papers for Frost there in case you havent done that mission yet

To get the house there is a short Quest

Things i DID NOT add
Manequins
Weapon Racks
The ability to move your spouse to the house ( i recommend using the "live anywhere" mod for that since the last update on skyrim, if you try adding dialog to a quest it breaks the quest so i didnt touch the "live in spouse"

I am not going to do anymore to this, i go back to college in 5 days so i dont have time,

Anyone who wants to take this mod nd upload it and add to it, feel free

Hi, I realize this is an older mod, but I wanted to try it but I have a question. Will this conflict with the Frost quest?

tullius is abit of a dick but, hes tollarable. personly id rather forma revolution of the dragonborn. but gd olf beth dousent want us ruling skyrim apparently yet we could rip it from the verry fabric of reality. bullshit is the word sir =p


the power to rule dragons. the ability to controll time. and the power to eliminate the thalmor, and reunite the empire . none can be acomplished. its a fail of game lore i say =p and a total load of bs

hey way i play is what id do =p id hunt down all curruption. and kill who i could, and if i couldent id find away to eliminate them or get them away from power.- its why i can never support ulfric. nazi exstreemist- if he only wasent sutch a narrow minded ashole id be all over the stormcloaks-


but as it stands empire is better becouse of greater chance of suvival againsed thalmor. and they are the lesser evil.
