Description
The Altis Tides Mod brings you a working Tidesystem for Altis into your Game. It orientates itself on the current InGame time and changes the Sealevel smoothly.
You can actually set the Minimum / Maximum impact of the Tides by yourself and even explore the Ocean floor of Altis.

Setting the values requires a bit knowledge about Mods but feel free to ask for any Help.
You can set the Tide impact in the pbo itself by editing the config.

Example 1 (default):
MinTide = 1;
MaxTide = -6.5;
Enables the Tidesystem like it's shown in the pictures.

Example 2:
MinTide = 50;
MaxTide = 50;
Altis is completely flooded. The Sea level is now 50 Meters above default.

Example 3:
MinTide = -150;
MaxTide = -150;
You can explore the Ocean floor of Altis.

This work is licensed under the Arma Public License[www.bohemia.net]

This mod needs to be run clientside because it overrides some values of the Map.
Serverkey included.

i suspect the issue with boats not working, at least in my test, the water level changes but the in game sea level never changes. I think the game sees the boat as underwater, i also experienced while swimming and the tide out, not only did the boat not move, but i acted like i was drowning but i never died.

Can anyone get MinTide to work in this? I get MaxTide ok, whether it's above or below 0, but MinTide is always about 0. The values in the provided pbo are
//MinTide = 1;
MaxTide = -6.5;
Tide goes from about -0.1 to about -6.1 (depending on day/month/year). If I uncomment MinTide, it works the same.

I can also confirm that boats, vanilla or modded, don't work with this mod enabled.

Correction to my last comment.
Boats don't work with this mod and Ace both loaded. Otherwise, they're fine.

For me, with this mod boats don't work, even when way out in the ocean. Engine dies immediately after start, like when boat is on land.

@kaiserwashington, no. Each map requires different config entries and this mod does not support custom maps.
