LYTHIUM

Después de mas de 3 años de desarrollo, presentamos el mapa de Lythium.

Descripción
El mapa replica las intensas y mas tribales áreas de Afganistán, atravesado por un largo valle en todo el mapa. Encontrarás dos ciudades principales, a parte de pequeñas villas y las zonas rurales, orientadas de norte a sur con sus respectivos campos de vuelo. El nombre viene dado por la ruta principal que une las dos provincias, donde operaron nuestras Fuerzas Armadas Españolas entre el 2002-2015 para asegurar la ruta entre Badghis y Bala Murghad.

Características
  • Dos aeropuertos con sus respectivas bases orientadas al Norte y Sur.
  • La base central "Regimiento44" Norte contiene un campo de entrenamiento.
  • Cuatro ciudades al Noroeste, Sureste y Sur en las que podrás realizar tus misiones.
  • Cinco valles principales situados a lo largo del mapa.
  • Red de carreteras interconectadas a lo largo de todo el terreno.
  • Tres pequeños puesto avanzados en el norte y zona central.
  • Muchas y pequeñas zonas rurales y pueblos repartidos por varios puntos del terreno.
  • Y muchas mas cosas por descubrir...

I've really come to love this map, but I really want to know if there's a way to fix the bridges for AI. The AI just drive under or around the bridges, and trying the force them on causes the vehicles to flip and spaz. Is this just an Arma engine issue? I doubt it, because we've seen AI use bridges in Tanoa.

The map is good but the lighting is horrible, if you're going to use this map, download the Livonia Lighting mod for it.

LYTHIUM looks like one of the best maps for Arma3, but unfortunately it is a poor quality. Fences are not destroyed even under a tank, and it is not possible to shoot from some windows. Example here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bdfbt267ocQ

Hi, will the map be updated? When starting the game an error comes up saying:

Addon 'ffaa_map_lythium' requires addon 'Jbad_Structures'

And when trying to load the map:

Warning: preNLOD format in object
jbad_structures\mosque_big\jbad_mosque_big_wall_ruins.p3d

Then it crashes the game.

i love the saturation as it is.....at night you dont need NV Goggles ^^ great colours in blue and green. regards

Yes, one of the best maps for Arma3, but I'm sad that light and colors ot this map does look as eternal discolored problem.
The sky is always desaturated, even at noon with zero clouds! The color of the sunlight also discolored, turbid. The player has an feeling that he is in constant milky fog, making it impossible to see the normal colors of the sky and the normal rays of the sun. For some reason, the author of LYTHIUM created a custom color setting for this map, that will conflict with the color game's video settings.

Many years I'm already using a reduced saturation of 80%. For all A3 maps it works well, but problems start with LYTHIUM. To make look this map normal, you must to raise the colours saturation to > 125% in video settings. But even if the player does that, the sky won't be good anyway. So this map needs serios adjustments.
