Programmer's Dvorak Keybindings Mod

Description
This mod tweaks the default keybindings to be more comfortable on programmer's dvorak.

F2 - F9 keys are moved to $ to ) on the number row.
The two rows of map modes q - p and a - l are mapped to ; - l and a - n respectively.
, . and ? are mapped to wvz.
-+ are mapped to !#

Please let me know if anything isn't working properly or any suggestions you may have.
